Ordering system
If you want your customers to be able to order on-line, this is a perfect solution. We have a template based on Exact Globe with comprehensive functionality.
Customers with access can view your products (with image) and add them to a shopping cart. Don’t worry if they accidentally lose connection while shopping. All items in the shopping cart will be reloaded when they re-login. After processing the order they receive a confirmation e-mail within seconds which contains the order in pdf-format.
From your back-office you can process new orders directly into Exact Globe with very little effort.
Financial data
Do you want your customers to be able to see their own financial data like open invoices, invoice history and statements? We are able to extract all this data from Exact Globe and create the views that you want your customers to be able to see. Show them their invoices on-line and let them re-print an invoice if it gets lost in the mail. And more!
What else?
Do you use third party software and you have information that you want to put on-line dynamically? As long as we are able to extract that data from your database, we can put it on-line the way that you want it.
