What is new about that?
Within every administration department we visit we see repetitive work being done.
For example invoices are created in word and in the financial system or information is
printed and afterwards typed in again in a different form. One of the biggest repetitive
works we see is booking financial statements.
Bank statements are usually printed from the online bank application. On our island
this is Arubabank, RBTT, CMB and Banco di Caribe. After printing, the bank journal is
opened and we start typing information into the system.
A lot of time is lost typing this information over and over everyday. One mistake in an
amount and we can search our complete booking for the difference.

We have created an application that works together with Exact Globe that will save
you time and a lot of frustratration in your daily financial statement booking.
With 3 easy steps you will download, match and import your bank statement into Exact.
Download
Every bank here on the island allows you to save your bank statement on your
computer from their online bank application. Open the AS Aruba Exact Bank Book
Tool and select the bank file you have downloaded.
Match
You can set up your own matching criteria. For example: When the description
your bank statement states SETARBILL it will be automatically be book on the
account you specify for telephone bills.
Import
With one click your statement is imported into your bank journal in Exact Globe.
After importing you can still edit the statement form within Exact if you need to.
